Imelda J’s ‘Owoyato’ named Most Favourite Song of the Year at TAWA Awards

Wave-making Idoma-born Benue State music star, Imelda Jane Adah Owkori, otherwise known as Imelda J has added another golden plaque to her award cabinet.
Owoyato, the latest single by this singer was named the Most Favourite Song of the Year at the just concluded Trek Africa Awards, TAWA 2016 few months after it hit the airwaves.

The song, featuring Small Doctor floored other top singles earlier nominated to bag the highly revered award.
A visibly Imelda J, who announced the feat to her teeming social media fans, equally dedicated the award to them.
Her words, “To all my facebook friends, The media, my fans, my family, my two Okwori Soldiers(Tessy Okwori &Okwori Mariadora) , my future hubby and baby’s yet unborn, to the Organisers of TREK Africa, and above all to God Almighty. This is not for me but for you all. Thank you all for your supports and prayers.”
