The trial of infamous Nigerian socialite Ramon Abbas alias Hushpuppi who is being charged four-count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, money laundering conspiracies, international money laundering and engaging in monetary transactions in property derived from specified unlawful activity, has been suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The trial will continue on the 4th of May 2021, Chambers orders of Judge Otis Wright revealed.
If convicted, the self-acclaimed Gucci master might get up to 20 years term in the federal prison in US.
