Public affairs analyst Shehu Sani playfully poked fun at the former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, after El-Rufai shared a Bob Marley song on Twitter. Sani jokingly referred to El-Rufai as “a Rastafarian and Reggae artiste” in response to the tweet.
El-Rufai had posted a tweet featuring a song by the late Reggae legend, Bob Marley, titled ‘Who The Cap Fit and The Wailers.’ The former governor added that the song was one of his favorites from the 1970s and encouraged his followers to enjoy it on a Sunday.
This lighthearted exchange comes after El-Rufai’s bid to become a minister was rejected by the Senate due to security concerns.
El-Rufai had tweeted: “Who The Cap Fit – Bob Marley & The Wailers is one of my favorites from the 1970s.
“Enjoy your Sunday with the song and lyrics that are timeless. – @elrufai.”
Reacting, Sani tweeted: “I have turned him into a Rastafarian and Reggae artist, yeah man.”
