Iwobi shines as Fulham defeat Leicester City

Alex Iwobi scored his first goal of the new Premier League season, securing Fulham’s victory over Leicester City today.

This marked Fulham’s first Premier League win of the season.

Iwobi found the net in the 70th minute, racing through on goal and calmly slotting the ball past the Leicester goalkeeper.

His Super Eagles teammate, Calvin Bassey, also played the full match for the victorious Fulham side.

Wilfred Ndidi featured for the entire game for Leicester City, a team many predict will struggle on their return to England’s top flight.
