It is with a heavy heart but with total submission to the will of God that I condole with the Benue State PDP family under the Leadership of Hon. John Ngbede and the families of Hon. Oxbakers Ikongbeh and Hon. Sunday Onaji who were snatched by the cold hands of death.
Until the sad demise of Hon. Oxbakers he remained a trusted brother and colleague, even as colleagues I benefited from his benevolence. His comradeship was second to non as he ensured everyone around him had nothing to worry about. Our plans for the future was robust and I got to understand politics more from his wise counsel, but today we have lost him and for sure he would be greatly missed. Hon. Oxbakers earned his right as an Honourable and indeed the man of the people.
The grief has come upon me on double fold as one of my very trusted Co Contestant in the recent past Local Government elections Hon. Sunday Onaji was also lost to the cold hands of death leaving his Associates and beloved family in grief. As co contestants we were very close and his touch with the grassroot was superb, he would always seek my counsel on every move and eventually we were more like twin contestants; him holding down Ogbadibo and myself on the Ado course. It is very disheartening that in Our future Enone caucus Hon Onaji would be missing.
I pray the Almighty God that Our dear departed Brothers and party men are given eternal rest in his bossom.
Signed:
Ogaba James Oche
