James Oche was spotted paying homage to his political mentor, Sen. Dr. David Mark, President of the 6th and 7th Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria who is also present at the event.
No doubt, Sen. Dr Mark is one of the pillars of the People Democratic Party in Nigeria.
