His death came to many as a rude shock.

Finding by IDOMA VOICE have shown that Torshimbe was celebrated by his colleagues, family members and well-wishers on his 65th birthday, which was on September 12, 2020.

Mr. Shimbe was born on September 12, 1965 and died on September 14, 2020.

Earlier, the Executive Chairman of Otukpo Local Government Council, Rt. Hon. George Alli had felicitated with Mr. Shimbe “on the auspicious occasion of his 65th birthday anniversary.”
