and majority of the 39, 465 assuming PDP decides to sleep or skip that supplementary election.
In other words, he needs 102,000 votes out of the 121,019

Ortom needs only contest for 39,465 out of the 121,019

It should be noted only those accredited for in polling units that were cancelled could turn up to vote on the date to be scheduled. It is not a free for all election.
