Idoma Voice and Television Limited is looking to employ experienced reporter and presenter.
The ideal applicant should have cognate experience covering local/national news, with bias for politics and human interest.
REPORTER:
Candidate must
Have impressive and current database of contacts within political and national circles.
Be knowledgeable in libel laws and ethical foundations of journalism.
Be proficient in current and emerging news-gathering method.
Must be able to take direction from the editor and creatively find unique angle to stories.
Successful applicant for this category will work from home (Benue resident is added advantage).
PRESENTER
Interested candidate must have:
High level spoken and written English
A good feel for strong and distinctive stories
Experience of reporting and presenting
Authoritative microphone voice and ability to communicate effectively to listeners and viewers.
Successful applicant for this category is expected to work from our Abuja office.
All applicants must posses a degree in Journalism or Mass Communications or related courses.
Have a minimum of one year of online journalism experience.
