John Cena, other WWE stars pay tribute to Bray Wyatt

John Cena, a renowned icon of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), joins the ranks of fellow superstars in honoring the memory of Windham Rotunda, affectionately recognized as Bray Wyatt, who passed away untimely at the age of 36.

The news of Wyatt’s passing was delivered by WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H via a poignant post on his Twitter account. This somber announcement prompted an outpouring of emotional messages from Wyatt’s colleagues and peers.

John Cena, who shared the ring and storylines with Wyatt, expressed his grief on Twitter: “Devastated by the news of the passing of Windham Rotunda. My heart goes out to the entire Rotunda family. Windham brought the best out of me in so many ways. I’m forever grateful for the moments we shared. A sad day for all those he reached around the world. RIP.”

Former WWE star Chavo Guerrero, reminiscing about their initial meeting and Wyatt’s rapid ascent, shared his sorrow on Instagram: “Just gutted! I remember meeting you when you were playing football at Visalia College, & having a discussion about if you were going to follow in the family’s footsteps. Then before we knew it, I was running stuff on the fly with you in The Royal Rumble. RIP brother. Family forever!”

WWE superstar Zelina Vega conveyed her heartache through an Instagram post: “RIP to one of the kindest, most captivating people that I’ve ever known. One of wrestling’s most brilliant minds. Always helpful, always sticking up for his friends… I cannot believe the news today. I’ve known Windham since my first tryout at FCW…one of the people that believed in me and wanted me to live my dream since jump street. I’m so so sorry. My deepest condolences to his beautiful family, his lovely wife JoJo… his awesome kids… this is such a loss for everyone… his friends, family, fans… the wrestling world. RIP WINDHAM.”

Similarly, WWE Superstar Karrion Kross posted on Twitter: “No matter what’s going on, Call up a friend today and tell ‘em you love them. You never know when that opportunity will be gone to do so. I’ll see you up there brother.”
