Johnicks: How Popular Benue video director died few months after wedding

Popular Benue-based video director, Johnicks has been confirmed dead.

A close source told IDOMA VOICE Tuesday morning that the ace videographer died on Monday after battling diabetes and High Blood Pressure.

Johnick known on Facebook as Johnicks Studiovilla, hailed from Anambra State but based in Makurdi, Benue State.

IDOMA VOICE learnt that the video director got married in September 2020, and was living with his newly weeded wife in Makurdi where he also owns a music production studio.

Agbaji Loveth Esperanza who works with Johnicks wrote; “You left a great legacy,

“You’re indeed a legend,

“What I am today can never be complete without you in the equation.

“You didn’t just support Benue artists but spread your wings overboard… You created job opportunities for many of us, you trained us… Gave us platforms…

“Looking at all my beautiful work pictures  on the red carpet and TV since 2016, Johnicks is written all over it.

“You were a great father, big brother and teacher.

“Leaving unfinished footprints was never the plan ooo…💔

“You started another talent support stuff to support upcoming artists and we’re still waiting for your response ooo…

“No matter what the story or news is right now… I salute you Boss, you’re a true legend…💪🏽”.
