Joining Chelsea was my childhood dream – Cucurella

Chelsea’s new signee, Marc Cucurella, has said that becoming a Blue was his childhood dream.

Chelsea on Friday confirmed that defender, Levi Colwill, has left Stamford Bridge to join Brighton & Hove Albion on loan.

Chelsea said in a statement via its website that Colwill departed the club as Marc Cucurella joined the Blues on a permanent transfer after signing a six-year deal.

Reacting shortly after the deal was sealed, Cucurella tweeted that he can’t wait to get started.

He wrtoe, “Hello Blues, I’m finally here! So proud of joining this team and happy to have achieved one of my dreams since I was a KID, to play for CHELSEA F.C.
Can’t wait to get started!”
