Former aide to President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has described the arrest of Lekki Toll Gate protesters as illegal.
IDOMA VOICE recalls that some protesters, including Debo Macaroni were picked on Saturday morning at the plaza and whisked to unknown destination.
Reacting, Omokri said he would get a lawyer to get them bailed.
The arrest of #OccupyLekkiTollGate protesters is unconstitutional, and therefore null and void. If you have been illegally arrested, please respond to this tweet with proof of your arrest and I will do my best to get you legal representation. Use #OccupyLekkiTollGateLegal
