Jubilation as Army builds hospital in Ugah-Adoka

Chief of Army Staff. Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai has reportedly donated a hospital structure through Maj. Gen. Gabriel Ochigbano, the Army Secretary.

The hospital building will soon be completed and ready for commissioning.

During the inspection visit to the site at Ugah by the Secretary of Army , Maj Gen Gabriel Ochigbano and the Chief of Staff to the Deputy governor of Benue State, Mr Adah Ikwom, the site Engineer was seen putting finishing touches.

In an interview, Gen Ochigbano expressed satisfaction with the state of the project and he was happy that his dream of providing health services to his community (Ugah-Adoka) becoming fulfilled.

The hospital with about 30 beds cottage when fully equipped, will provide essential medical services to Adoka, Ugboju and other communities.

The hospital also has a completed staff and Doctors residences attached for effective service delivery.

The Ugah community were jubilating at sighting their capacity son who has bestowed on them this very laudable initiative of health care facility.

The commissioning of the hospital project will come up soon with a traditional honour being conferred on the chief of Army staff by the ALEGWU and the people of Adoka for this honour done to their son Maj Gen Gabriel Ochigbano.
