There was wild jubilation on Thursday, December 17, as seme border re-opened.
This comes 24 hours after President Buhari ordered the immediate reopening of four land borders in Nigeria.
The President noted that the other borders would be opened on December 31.
The four borders include; Seme (South-West), Illela (North-West), Maigatari (North-West), and Mfun Border (South-South).
