Justice Ugo’s alleged resignation: Anything from Atiku, Obi’s camps is fake – Adeyanju

Activist Deji Adeyanju has reacted to the viral report that Justice Moses Ugo has resigned as a member of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPT) panel.

The alleged resignation comes amid alleged demands from the executive branch that he believes would undermine Nigeria’s democracy.

According to the report published on the forum Nairaland, Justice Ugo tendered his resignation via a statement.

However, Adeyanju, while reacting to the viral report, said the report is fake.

He tweeted, “I am almost 100% certain that everything that comes out from the Atiku or Obi camp or their supporters about the judiciary from now till the case at the PEPT is determined is a complete lie or fake news.”
