– The challenged by APC that we filed late is nullified AS THE TRIBUNAL SAID, PDP filled it case on time as specified by the Constitution
– That even though the Payment by PDP reflected on a day after the dead line, the Judges affirmed that PDP shouldn’t be blame as it was the payment platform that delayed the receipt by their Network.
–  On the pre-hearing motion, The tribunal just ruled that PDP didn’t abandon the case as alleged.

It said the petition filed in 9/04/2023 and receipt issued on the 10/04/2023 was valid. Though the APC is still hoping for other technicalities against justice.

The Court Has Resumed And Judges Are Examiming The Pdp And Ashiru Evidence For Ruling.
