Kano Pillars football club is gearing up for the new season as players have been given the green light to resume training on Tuesday. The club’s Chairman, Babangida Umar Little, made the announcement through an official press release.
As the club prepares for the upcoming Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season, Babangida emphasized the importance of players with existing contracts to return to the club promptly. He sternly warned that any player who fails to adhere to the directive will face disciplinary action from the club.
Kano Pillars, popularly known as Sai Masu Gida, recently underwent significant changes, parting ways with the entire management team that contributed to the club’s promotion to the NPFL. This move signifies the club’s determination to embark on a fresh chapter in their football journey.
The team is expected to unveil their new head coach this week, further signaling their ambition to build a competitive and successful squad for the forthcoming season.
