Lagos-based comic musician Mukaila Senwele, famous for his iconic phrase “Koni da fun ebo to se Costay,” has passed away.
Senwele, originally from Ilorin West Local Government Area in Kwara State, died on Friday night, according to family sources.
The musician, known for his distinct performances and entertaining style, was particularly beloved by socialites.
A family member confirmed to ROYAL NEWS that Senwele showed no signs of illness before his sudden death. “He was in good health, spent time with fans, and had even planned to visit the family house later that evening,” the source said.
Reports state that the family received an urgent call from Senwele’s location with his fans. “When we arrived, my elder brother and others rushed him to the hospital, but we tragically lost him,” the source shared.
