Youths threaten protest as Och’Idoma moves to change Idoma cultural attire
Idoma youths, under the aegis of Idoma Cultural and Progressives Movement, have vowed to stage a protest against the proposal by the new paramount ruler of Idoma land, HRM Elaigwu Odogbo to change the Idoma traditional colours.

Herdsmen: 463 Persons rendered homeless in Benue
The attack by herdsmen on Tse Ngojov and Tse Valem Yaweh of Mbagum community in Tombo council ward of Logo Local Government Area (LGA) of Benue State on Wednesday has left another 463 persons displaced.

BVG: Miyetti Allah drags Ortom to ICC
The Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, also known as Miyetti Allah, has said Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, will face justice for “violating the rights of Fulani herders” in his state.
The National Secretary-General of the Fulani socio-cultural group, Mr Saleh Alhassan, also said Miyetti Allah had approached the International Criminal Court of Justice, Hague, to file a suit against Ortom for seizing over 25,000 cows belonging to members of the group and detaining over 4,000 herders.
