Ortom,in in an interview with Epoch Times TV in Washington, DC, United States of America, herdsmen are a group of criminals operating under different names.

The Plaintiffs in the suit are the PDP, Senator Gabriel Suswam, Governor Samuel Ortom and Senator Patrick Abba Moro,while the defendants are INEC, APC, Emmanuel Udende and Titus Zam.
