  • The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, on Wednesday, insisted that Nnamdi Kanu remained the supreme leader of the group.

    IPOB warned that anyone parading himself as the new leader of the group was an impostor and a fraud.

  • A Federal High Court, Abuja, has dismissed a motion filed by leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, for the Director-General of the Department of States Services (DSS) to give oral evidence on his state of health.

    Justice Taiwo Taiwo, ruling on Wednesday, held that fundamental right cases are special cases “sui generis” which mode of commencement are affidavit evidence as prescribed under Order 2, Rule 2 of the Fundamental Human Right Enforcement Procedure Rules, 2009.
  • The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on Tuesday disclosed how it would resolve the Biafra agitation led by the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and insecurity generally across the country, if it returns to power in 2023.

    PDP’s National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, said the party would give every part of the country a sense of belonging to put an end to all forms of agitations.

  • Special Counsel to Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, on Monday, discovers the “legal connection” between embattled Abba Kyari and the Biafra agitator.

    Ejimakor said the update from the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, requesting further probe of some aspects of the suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police investigation has created a new legal connection with Kanu.
  • Simon Ekpa, a self-acclaimed disciple of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has alleged that Nigeria’s Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, is the leader of the Fulani drug cartel.
    He claimed that Malami is under pressure to exonerate suspended police officer, Abba Kyari from extradition to the United States.
