In today’s Latest Nasims News, IDOMA VOICE reports that the Federal Government of Nigeria under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari has introduced an exit and skill acquisition platform named “Work Nation” for Npower Batch C, Stream 2 beneficiaries.
The Work Nation Programme is designed to develop and also connect exiting beneficiaries with opportunities across the globe.
According to NASIM, the Federal Government introduced the “Work Nation” programme to curtail the alarming rate of unemployment in the country.
NASIM is the central management system for all social intervention programmes of the Federal Government including Npower.
The concerned beneficiaries would have to take an eligibility test and wait for the selection stage.
NASIM added that Work Nation will provide training materials for the learning segment while both graduate and non-graduate beneficiaries of Npower Batch C, Stream 2 are eligible to apply for the program.
Interested beneficiaries are advised to log into their NASIM portal and click on the Work Nation button to complete the first exercise.
A check on the programme’s website worknation.ng shows that some of the featured jobs include Business Analysis, Customer Service, Engineering, Accounting, Construction, Full Stack Development, Management, and Petroleum Engineering.
Others include Aviation, Marketing, Sales management, Data Analyst, Mechanical Engineering and Human Resources.
In addition, Work Nation also has a career advice section while it also engages in interview tips, CV, and Cover Letter writing.
Similarly, a check reveals that Work Nation has a number of reputable partners which include Flutterwave, Julius Berger, Nestle, and Piggyvest.
