NASIMS management is diligently disbursing outstanding payments to eligible beneficiaries, displaying their commitment to timely stipend disbursements. This achievement paves the way for seamless stipend payments from January to July 2023, providing much-needed financial support to program participants.
The successful transition of the stipend payment process to the new NASIMS Self Service Portal, which commenced on August 1st, 2023, has contributed to enhanced efficiency and transparency in the payment process.
Beneficiaries have expressed joy and appreciation as they confirm the receipt of outstanding stipends. Some received two months’ worth of stipends, totaling N60,000, while others received three months’ worth, totaling N90,000.
The recently shortlisted 200,000 Batch C Stream 2 Npower beneficiaries, who validated their bank account details in June 2023, have also received their outstanding stipends spanning 2-3 months.
It is important to clarify that the ongoing payment of outstanding stipends is for the October, November, and December 2022 stipends, specifically targeting Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries who have not received these payments.
Clearing the outstanding stipends for the three months aims to achieve payment parity for all beneficiaries. This ensures that when the payment for stipends from January to July 2023 begins, the disbursement process can be triggered seamlessly for all beneficiaries through the new NASIMS SSP Portal.
NASIMS’ commitment to its beneficiaries shines through as it continues to clear outstanding stipends and streamline the payment process. This progress represents a significant step towards improved financial support for all participants, highlighting the program’s dedication to ensuring the welfare of its beneficiaries. With the implementation of the new NASIMS Self Service Portal, beneficiaries can expect more efficient and timely stipend disbursements in the future.
