In today’s Npower update, we will provide you with the latest information about Npower stipend payments. Stay tuned for the details!
Npower Nasims management has communicated through its social media channels that the pending stipend payments from 2022 are still being processed. This development follows the appointment of a new Minister within the Ministry.
As a reminder, the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development, now referred to as the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, welcomed Dr. Betta Chimaobim Edu as the new Minister. She recently assumed office at the Ministry’s headquarters in Abuja. Her appointment has sparked optimism for the welfare of 136 million disadvantaged Nigerians.
In line with this, Nasims has officially stated that payments for Category 2 (C2) beneficiaries are currently underway.
The payment information within the payroll tab on the Nasims portal has been reinstated. Beneficiaries can now verify their payment status using this tab.
For Npower Beneficiaries who have inquiries about pending payment status displayed as “Pending on payroll tab,” this might be due to a recent validation of your account. In such cases, your payment might still be in the process of being fully completed.
Moreover, N-power beneficiaries should take note that Nasims has successfully restored most of the missing beneficiary information through the latest update on the Nasims self-service portal. This means that beneficiaries can now stay informed about updates by accessing the Nasims self-service portal.
