In the latest update from Npower, beneficiaries are urging the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Dr. Betta Edu, and the newly appointed CEO of NSIPA overseeing NSIP Programmes, Mrs. Delu Bulus Yakubu, to address their outstanding N-Power stipends for a period of 8 months.
Not stopping at that, the children of these beneficiaries are also appealing for the release of their fathers’ overdue stipends, emphasizing how it directly impacts them. An image of a young girl holding a card with the message “Dr. Betta Edu, please pay our father” has gained traction on social media.
In related news, President Bola Tinubu has designated Delu Bulus Yakubu as the inaugural national coordinator and CEO of the National Social Investment Programmes Agency (NSIPA). She will be responsible for overseeing the operations of NSIP Programmes.
Additionally, the Npower self-service portal is now operating efficiently. Beneficiaries encountering challenges in validating their accounts can now do so, as the validation link is fully operational.
