The National Assembly election petition tribunal sitting in Makurdi would on Wednesday, Sept 4 deliver its judgment on the case brought before it by Steve Lawani of the All Progressives Congress (APC) against Sen. Abba Moro of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) over the outcome of the Benue South election.
Lawani had approached the court on the ground that the exercise was allegedly marred with massive rigging and irregularities.
He is calling for a rerun.
After hearing from both parties, the court would give it’s verdict on Wednesday at the High Court 8, Makurdi.
