The Member representing Ankpa/Olamaboro/Omala federal constituency of Kogi state, Alhaji Hassan Omale, has called on public office holders at all levels to always remember the people whose mandate they bear.
This was even as he said the wellbeing of the people at the grassroots should be the priority of any leader in the society.
He stated this yesterday at a political function in Abejukolo, Omala local government of the state.Omale while advising All Progressive Congres (APC) stakeholders to carry along all party members to avoid crisis in the party, also urged the youths to refuse any intimidation.
He assured the people that work on old Abejukolo and Anyigba road passing Ojogba palace will soon commence, as well as bore hole at Ofejiji Opada and a bridge at Ojiaji, to relief the people of sufferings.
The Law maker also used the occasion to grant scholarships to 34 new students from the 34 wards of the constituency to study at various institutions of higher learning.
He urged the people to collect their voters card to enable them vote for the candidate of their choice come 2019.
Reacting, the Ojogba of Ife, Chief Boniface Musa thanked Hon Omale for his contributions to the development of the Omala people and proclaimed royal blessings on him.
In their separate remarks the APC Chairman in Omala, Alh Danjuma Baba and Patron of the network, Hon Reuben Odaudu, thanked Omale for his efforts in rebuilding youths and other less privileged in the area.
Highlights of the event was distribution of empowerment materials to the people while the party Exco endorsed Hon. Hassan Omale for a second term.
