Baltasar Ebang Engonga, the serving Director General of the National Financial Investigation Agency (ANIF) in Equatorial Guinea, has become embroiled in one of the nation’s most significant sex scandals.
He was caught on tape engaging in sexual activities with his brother’s wife, a cousin, and the sister of Equatorial Guinea’s president.
This scandal has emerged during an investigation by the country’s security authorities into allegations of fraud. During the inquiry, over 300 recordings featuring Baltasar with various women, including some who are married, were uncovered.
These explicit tapes, which reportedly show encounters in his office, hotels, and restrooms, are circulating online, all recorded with the participants’ consent.
Baltasar was initially arrested on corruption charges, but the investigation revealed the tapes stored on his computer, which subsequently leaked to the public. Prominent social critic Martins Ortse, known as VeryDarkMan, shared some of these videos on his Instagram page, further fueling the scandal.
This unfolding situation marks a significant moment in Equatorial Guinea, highlighting issues of corruption and personal conduct among high-ranking officials.
