The Chief of Staff to Oyo State Government, Sunday Adeyemo, has given a serious warning to Fulani leaders resident in Ibarapa North Local Government Area of the state.
Chief Adeyemo Igboho is the founder/Chief Executive Officer, Itesiwaju Oodua Foundation (IOF) also gave the Fulani herdsmen seven days to the vacate the areas or face dire consequences.
Igboho gave the order on after hearing of the atrocities that are been caused by some herders in the area.
Igboho said the quit notice came as a result of the incessant killings of residents of the town by the Fulani herdsmen.
The quit notice was said to have led to a serious altercation between Igboho, Kadri and the Fulani herdsmen.
Igboho later went to the palace of the Oba of the town to inform him of the decision to eject the Fulani herdsmen in the town.
Speaking in Yoruba, Igboho said after the seven days ultimatum, he will be left with no other option than to forcefully root out all Fulani herdsmen in the town.
