Lekki massacre: I don’t know anything about killing of protesters – Tinubu

A former governor of Lagos State, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has denined involvement in the killings of protesters at Lekki toll gate on Tuesday.

IDOMA VOICE reports that scores of End SARS protesters were killed last night when soldiers opened fire on them.

Many youths had accused Tinubu of masterminding the massacre of young Nigerians for disrupting his business at Lekki Toll Gate.

Reacting, however, in an interview with Channels TV, Tinubu said he knew nothing about the attacks on demonstrators.

“I don’t know anything about the shooting at Lekki Toll Gate. I wonder why I am being accused of sending armed men after them,” he said.
