Lobi Stars of Makurdi 4 other Nigerian clubs make CAF  top 50 of the decade

Lobi Stars Football Club and four other Nigerian Football Clubs made The CAF top 50 Africa Clubs of the decade, precisely from 2009-2019.

In a recent release by CAF, Lobi Stars were ranked 40th, while Enyimba Int’l, and Kano Pillars are ranked 24th and 35th ahead of Lobi Stars, Plateau United and Akwa United are ranked 43rd and 49th respectively.

The ranking placed Lobi Stars football Club as overall remarkable 3rd best in Nigeria, having participated only once in the continent in the last 10 years with such rating speaks volumes.

It could be recalled that, Nigeria lost her second slot in the CAF Champions League but the slot has been restored as a result of the quality performance of Lobi Stars in the competition.
