Nollywood actress, Mary Remmy Njoku, has pleaded with Nigerians to bear with her and her colleagues in whatever character they put on, adding that celebrities are not “super humans”.
She said contrary to the believe that celebrities should 100 per cent perfect, stardom cannot erase stupidity.
The Roktv CEO, urged Nigerians to lower their expectations on celebrities so they don’t get disappointed when they see their idols misbehaves.
She wrote; “Lower your expectations ooo!
Celebrities are not super humans!
If ‘Tega’ na mumu before e blow, stardom will only enhance his natural stupidity.
Lower your expectations pls
No be everybody normal.”
She further explained that for some persons, foolishness is inherit.
“Please bear with us, some people foolishness na ‘follow-come’.
Stardom cannot erase it.
