A young man identified as, believed to be in his early 30s, narrowly escaped death after he and his two other friends allegedly robbed a POS agent opposite Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO).
An eyewitness told IDOMA VOICE that the trio men came on one motorcycle and pointed a gun at the POS agent.
The source said, “They succeeded in snatching the girl’s money bag but ran out of luck as she screamed and chased after them.
“Unfortunately, one of them fell from the motorcycle and labourers who were working in the area descended on him.
“The mob who caught him used his own gun on him but he didn’t die. The police came shortly after to carry him away,” the source told IDOMA VOICE.
