A yet to be identified man has reportedly drugged and raped a 12-year-old junior secondary school girl to coma in Otukpo.
The girl who was said to be on her way from school was stopped and lured into an uncompleted building around former Otukpo township stadium after receiving and drinking a soft drink, a source told IDOMA VOICE.
“We heard screams from an uncompleted building only to rush down to see the girl in the pool of her own blood.
“We asked her what happened and she revealed that the suspected rapist offered to give her a lift on her way from school, after accepting the offer she was given a drink and felt sober immediately after sipping for a moment.
“She further disclosed to us that the man after forcing himself on her said ‘this is what your father did to me”.
The girl was, however, rushed to the hospital for proper medical attention after some professional confirm that her private organs have been brutalized by the rapist.
As at the time of filing this report, the rape victim is yet to recover fully to give details of the perpetrator.
