Manchester United deny contact with Jürgen Klopp’s agent

Manchester United FC have denied having any contact with Jürgen Klopp’s agent, following claims that the club was interested in the German manager taking over at Old Trafford, according to The Athletic.

The clarification comes after reports suggested that Manchester United had explored the possibility of appointing Klopp as their next manager. The club has officially refuted any discussions with the manager’s representatives.

The speculation emerged amid United’s ongoing search for a permanent manager following the departure of their previous coach. Klopp, who enjoyed tremendous success during his nine-year tenure at Liverpool FC, has been linked to top managerial roles across Europe, though no official approach has been made by United, according to the club.
