The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) confirmed the collision and reported several injuries in an online video on its official handle, “X.” The incident led to traffic congestion along the affected route.

Fortunately, no fatalities have been reported in connection with the collision.

LASTMA assured the public that the impact on traffic was relatively minor. They also noted that their officers, in conjunction with relevant authorities, including the Nigerian Police Force, were at the scene, taking necessary actions.

At the time of this report, LASTMA officials were observed at the accident site, engaged in the process of transferring the contents of one of the involved vehicles.
