Mark Zuckerberg suffers knee injury, undergoes surgery

Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Meta, recently disclosed that he had sustained a knee injury while preparing for an upcoming mixed martial arts (MMA) tournament. In an Instagram post made on Friday, Zuckerberg revealed that he had experienced an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear and shared an update on his surgery.

In his post, Zuckerberg expressed his gratitude to the medical professionals who cared for him during the surgery. He wrote, “I am on the road to recovery. Zuck tore my ACL sparring and just got out of surgery to replace it.” He went on to explain that he had been training for a competitive MMA fight scheduled for early next year but that the injury had caused a delay. However, he expressed his eagerness to continue training and competing once he has fully recovered.
