Mass exodus from North due to insecurity/poverty (Opinion)

By Femi Njoku Esq

“There is a mass migration from the North to the south and this is traceable to nothing but insecurity and poverty.

We have always screamed that the bad leadership, insecurity and poverty in the North has a ripple effect, we said it that if your neighbor cant sleep there is large chance you may not sleep.

It has started happening to us and this can be witnessed in the derogatory and inhumane video taken by Lagos state officials.

The North has to rise up and tackle it’s problem of bad leadership and demonic leaders unless it won’t sleep. on a larger scale if other Nigerians stop talking we might lose sleep also due to the ripple effect. Poverty brings insecurity and war, war knows no tribe or religion,it consumes as many as possible. NIGERIANS RISE AND SPEAK OUT FOR THE FUTURE OF YOUR CHILDREN!”.

Let me add that the way we chose to behave as if all is well with us is a time bomb. Look at how politicians go about militarization of politics and people are being forcefully and forcibly rewarded with party tickets as if thuggery is a virtue.

The way we arm the youths to capture political power is more dangerous than military dictatorship and junta.

Political parties of all divide must know that there must be peace and stability before they can rule. It is high time we sit together and define our tomorrow. A word is enough for those who are supposed to be wise.
