A Nigerian Twitter influencer named Tunde, aka Tuneri, has allegedly committed suicide.
This comes just few days after he took to Twitter to complain about his financial woes.
“I need money like mad, Jesus,” he tweeted.
In the early hours of Thursday, Tunde began trending as friends took to the platform to claim he had committed suicide.
This led to a conversation about reaching out to friends in need as Nigerians said his tweet asking for money was a cry for help but no one reached out.
However, it is yet to be confirmed if truly he committed suicide as been claimed by some of his friends on social media.
