Millions in goods lost as Alaba International Market floods

The intense rainfall in Lagos last Saturday resulted in widespread flooding, causing significant damage to various areas.

Online videos depicted the devastating impact of water on merchandise.

Numerous reports indicate that a significant number of traders at the renowned Alaba International market in Lagos are currently facing distressing circumstances.

They are assessing their substantial losses following the destruction of goods worth millions of Naira during the severe flooding that occurred in the market on Saturday, September 16.
