Bola Tinubu, APC presidential flag bearer and his running mate met at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport on Monday.
They duo are on their way to Osun State for the final rally of the APC ahead of the governorship election in the state.
That would be the first time the politicians would be going to a public function since Tinubu announced Shettima as his running mate.
