Fresh facts have emerged over the coronavirus patient who reportedly escaped from isolation centre in Lagos to Otukpo, Benue State.
IDOMA VOICE gathered that the victim was identified as Patrick who hailed from Allan Ward in Akpa.
Our reporter learnt that after he was tested positive, he was kept in an isolation centre and was asked to drop a phone number of any of his family members.
However, when the patient escaped from isolation centre, the taskforce team called the family member who informed them on the patient’s whereabouts.”

He was arrested during a stop a d search by the COVID-19 taskforce team in Otukpo on Saturday evening.
The task force is made up of top members of the Igbanonmaje vigilante group.
