N29billion Fraud: You have a case to answer, Court tells Ex- Gov. Nyako

Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court, Abuja on Monday, July 19, 2021 overruled a no-case submission made by Murtala Nyako, a former governor of Adamawa State who is being prosecuted by the EFCC over a N29 billion fraud.

Others being prosecuted alongside Nyako are his son, Senator Abdul-Aziz Nyako; Abubakar Aliyu and Zulkifikk Abba.

They are being prosecuted on a 37-count charge of criminal conspiracy, stealing, abuse of office and money laundering to the tune of N29billion. Details later.
