1. Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has arrived Makurdi, Benue State ahead of the Monday 7th campaign flag-off of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the State.

2. The presidential candidate of the African Action Congress Omoyele Sowore, has mocked Dino Melaye, the spokesperson for the People’s Democratic Party’s presidential campaign, following a cash donation the latter made to a foundation, which he linked to the announced redesign of Naira notes.

3. Delta State Governor Special Assistant on Media Mr. Ossai Ovie Success has said that the Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party Mr. Peter Obi has been abandoned by Nigeria youths. According to Ossai on his Facebook page, Nigerian youths are no longer talking about Peter Obi because they know he doesn’t have the capacity to lead Nigeria.

4. The Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the 2023 general elections and Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Titus Uba and his Deputy, Sir John Ngbede, Saturday 5th November, 2022 had a stopover at Yelewata community while returning from Abuja to empathize with the people over the recent herdsmen attacks that claimed several lives and directed immediate drilling of Borehole at Yelewata to arrest issue of perennial water scarcity.

5. The presidential candidate of the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP), Kola Abiola, has decried the ineffectiveness of the security agencies in the fight against insecurity in the country. Abiola spoke during the town hall series organized by AriseTV in Lagos State.

6. The PDP G-5 Governors, led by Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, arrived Benue ahead of Monday 7th  PDP Campaign flag-off. Remember, Governor Wike had last week donated 25 brand new buses to Benue PDP for campaigns within the 23 LGAs of the State.

7. Gabriel scored the winner to return Arsenal to the top of the Premier League in a hard-fought 1-0 win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

8. A plane belonging to Precision Air crashed into Lake Victoria in Bukoba in Tanzania’s Kagera region on Sunday. Based on reports rescue efforts are currently underway.

9. The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has fixed his campaign rallies in Anambra State and Imo State on Mondays.

10. No fewer than 18 persons have been killed in attacks on different communities by suspected herders in the Guma Local Government Area of Benue State.
