1. It has been confirmed that Mr Bernard Ogbu is no more alive. Mr. Bernard Ogbu was arrested by the defunct SARS operatives led by one ASP FELIX ONUOHA on the 3rd of March 2019. The confirmation of Mr. Bernard Ogbu’s death was made by the embattled ASP FELIX ONUOHA at the meeting organized between the family of Mr. Bernard Ogbu and their lawyer, Barrister NAPOLEON OTACHE, and the police detectives at the office of the CRU at the Police Headquarters, Abuja on the 17th November 2022.
2. Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom has given reasons why the South should produce the President in 2023. He said for the purpose of justice, equity and fairness, it will be right for a Southerner to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari after eight years of Presidency from the north. Governor Ortom spoke Saturday, November 19th, 2022 at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium during the flag off of the Peoples Democratic Party campaign in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
3. The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign council, Femi Fani-Kayode, on Saturday has confirmed that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) truly investigated Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the party for “links to drugs and laundering drug money”.
4. The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu, has said he no longer pays attention to articles, stories, and trending issues on social media. The Lagos state former governor stated that reading articles on social media gives him ‘high blood pressure.

Former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole, has claimed that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has only seven governors working for him. Oshiomhole said he is confident the APC’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, will have a landslide victory at the poll.
6. No fewer than 211 persons have lost their lives in road crashes in Kwara State between January to October 2022. Statistics made available by the Sector Commander in the State, Frederick Ogidan, showed that 3,155 road traffic crashes occurred in the State during the period under review.
7. The presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi, has cleared the air on the comment he made about Peter Odili during his recent visit to Rivers State. Obi had said Odili, who is the former governor of Rivers State, was his schoolmate and a great soccer player.
8. The United States says it will impose visa sanction on people who try to undermine Nigeria’s democratic process in 2023. Rolf Olson, the political counselor at the US Embassy in Nigeria, made this known on Thursday while speaking at the Hubert Humphrey Fellowship alumni association seminar.
9. The immediate past Minister of Transportation and former governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi, on Saturday, bagged a law degree from Baze University, Abuja. Amaechi bagged a Bachelor of Law degree among the 504 students who graduated from the school in various fields of study.
10. The Senator representing Benue South Senatorial District, Comrade Abba Moro, on Saturday joined thousands of other well-wishers to celebrate the Methodist Prelate, His Eminence Oliver Ali Aba. The event was the grand reception organized in honor of the recently installed Prelate at Olachagbaha-Otukpa, in Ogbadibo LGA.
