Nigerian artist and rapper, Naira Marley, has broken his silence following the death of his former signee, Mohbad on Tuesday.
Mohbad’s death, shrouded in controversy, took place and he was laid to rest on Wednesday in Ikorodu, Lagos State.
Taking to Instagram on Friday, Naira Marley expressed his deep sorrow over Mohbad’s loss, stating that he will be profoundly missed.
The head of Marlian Record label acknowledged their past disagreements and made it clear that no harm was ever intended towards Mohbad.
Naira Marley also extended his condolences to Mohbad’s family, urging for a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the 27-year-old’s untimely death.
