The National Association of Idoma Students (NAIS) National Secretariat, the apex body governing the entire idoma students at home and in diaspora held her convention/elections Tuesday 3rd January, 2023 at St. Mary’s Primary School to elect new executive members.
The new NAIS Executive in the order of hierarchy include;
1. Atungu Pius Francis – President
2. Abubakar Adagedor – Vice President
3. Esther Ameh – Ochanya
4. Vincent Odubegu – Senate President
5. Scholastica Otokpa – Treasurer
6. Stella Ogenyi – Deputy Senate President
7. Samson Adai – Financial Secretary
8. Emmanuel Okoh – Director of socials
Comr. Ford Oche, the Electoral Committee Chairman, in a statement said, “these persons mentioned herein referred to as Idoma students shall by the grace of God be overseeing the running of the day to day activities of the union.
“Though substantially some offices which are still vacant, a substantial election will be conducted within a stipulated time frame for this offices to be filled.
“On behalf of the electoral committee, I heartly congratulate this aspirants who have emerged.” He said
