Natasha Akpoti: Mother of three set to wed Alema Of Warri, Emmanuel Uduaghan

Natasha Akpoti is set to wed Alema Of Warri, Chief Emmanuel Uduaghan in what has been dubbed, “Royal Wedding”, ENigeria Newspaper reports.

Natasha Akpoti was the Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate in the 2019 gubernatorial election in Kogi State and her wedding to Chief Emmanuel Uduaghan, Alema of Warri Kingdom is already generating some frenzy among both families.

It was gathered that the wedding will hold March 5, 2022 at the bride’s father’s residence, in Obeiba-Ihima Okehi LGA, Kogi state

Akpoti is a single mother of three who ran for Senator in Kogi Central on the platform of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in 2019 and lost to Senator Yakubu Oseni of the All Progressives Congress (APC). She then ran for Governor on November 16 and lost to incumbent Governor Yahaya Bello of the APC.

Dr. Ado Ibrahim, the Ohinoyi of Ebiraland, was recently observed with the Alema of Warri Kingdom, indicating that the ‘royal wedding’ is expected to symbolize the beginning of the two kingdoms’ partnership.

It was also learnt that after her wedding, Natasha Akpoti is expected to officially declare her ambition for the forthcoming governorship elections in the State.
