Native doctor kidnapped in Anambra shares terrifying experience

Chidozie Nwangwu, the renowned native doctor hailing from Anambra State, has bravely shared the details of his recent kidnapping, which began last Sunday and finally ended early Saturday morning.

Known widely as Akwa Okuko Tiwaraki, Nwangwu narrated his harrowing ordeal to concerned friends and well-wishers. He clarified the events that transpired on that fateful day, aiming to set the record straight amidst rumors circulating about his abduction.

According to Nwangwu, the kidnappers lured him to his hotel under the pretense of spending money and seeking his presence. Responding to the call, he went alone in his new car. Tragically, upon his arrival, chaos ensued as gunshots rang out, resulting in the loss of two of his security personnel.

The native doctor faced a tough decision during the chaos. He could have escaped, but witnessing the potential harm to innocent lives, he chose to stay with the kidnappers to prevent further casualties. By doing so, he sought to disprove any claims that he was involved in the criminal activity.

Nwangwu strongly emphasized that he never swindled anyone’s money through his services. He maintained that he had ample wealth and would gladly help anyone genuinely seeking assistance. He also expressed the belief that both charms and financial resources are essential for a person’s protection.

The ordeal seemed to have a connection to the ongoing sit-at-home orders, as the kidnappers mentioned targeting more individuals. Tragically, they killed numerous people in front of Nwangwu, and he feared that leaving their custody would lead to even more deaths.

Rumors had suggested that the kidnapping might have resulted from disgruntled patrons who were dissatisfied with the efficacy of Nwangwu’s money-making rituals. However, he denied any involvement in such fraudulent activities and maintained that his abduction was primarily motivated by the kidnappers’ pursuit of wealthy targets.
